maintained building helpful staff convenient location breakfast options
i found the building beautiful and well maintained. the front desk staff was very helpful and kind, assisting with directions. breakfast included many options. the location is within easy walking distance of the durandy tram station and many restaurants , it was all so convenient.
the lift was quite small , and sometimes i had to wait a little longer to use it.

the front desk staff were kind and caring they spoke english and helped me learn some french. i could rent towels and get filtered water from the front desk. happy hour had cheap drinks it was a short walk to the beach and shopping and felt safe walking at night.
i noticed a smell when entering by the reception area. this wasn't a big deal since my room had no smell and it was clean

the breakfast had a good range of food. the receptionist was friendly and efficient. i also liked the kitchen staff. they all seemed to work very hard.
the bedroom felt cramped. the window had to stay closed because of traffic noise. i was there for a week's walking holiday so space was important.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. i liked that still or sparkling water was available near reception (very thoughtful). the nespresso machine in the room was appreciated for afternoon coffee.
i noticed limited slots in the in-house car park. advance reservation is necessary, but this was not communicated upfront, which caused inconvenience.
